Greetings, I am Andrei and I moved to Austria in 2019 and have been living in Vienna since then enjoying the country’s beautiful nature and local spirit.
In my designer role I identify and explore problems, find solutions, test, iterate and improve creatively, fully involved in the lifecycle of projects,
to ensure the best experience for our users.
I am a curious person who always wants to develop and grow. I like working in an agile multinational and diverse team and I collaborate efficiently with other teams (developers, product managers /owners, marketing).

Case StudymyWorld
Summary This UX case study demonstrates how I joined the UX design team at myworld.com, an e-commerce platform (marketplace) that connects businesses and customers in Europe. I worked on various projects, such as optimizing the checkout process for mobile users by reducing the number of steps and highlighting the important actions, adding new features such as reviews and ratings to increase trust and engagement, and working on special campaigns such as "benefits" to offer additional value to the users. I used an agile and user-centered design process, from research and sketches to high-fidelity prototypes and testing. I collaborated with product owners, developers, and another UX designer to deliver solutions that improved the user experience and met the business goals....

And we knew that our most demanding challenge is to bring something different from our competitors and a mobile app could bring better features than a website. My Role I got involved from the beginning of the project in the research and ideation, defining the...
Case StudyMes ITP
The story: I was recommended by a friend to make a website for a car service station that was opened a few months ago with no presence on the web or other means of promotion. Even if it was a rather small project, as I was learning UX I spotted right away the chance to apply the things that I learned and go deeper into the problem and try to solve it with design thinking instead of just doing a website. The problem I was asked to build the website really fast, had around 2.5 weeks to build it, the owner wanted to increase his business in March, as he expected an increase in the demand for technical car inspection in this period. One of my struggles was the fact...
