I collaborated closely with Andrei Balint for more than 1 year in the UI team that I lead it as Product Owner. We worked together to improve the marketplace of myWorld.com, adding new features, doing adjustments in the user flow. Also, Andrei worked with one more huge project to re-design a second online shop dodax.com.
Andrei is a dedicated professional with strong knowledge in UX field and in parallel with his background in Graphic Design and Web development, makes him a strong team player giving the proper creative solutions in a quick way.
He is proactive, communicative and always focus in every task that he is assigned. In every task he showed big commitment and he had directly communication with the developers inside the team as result the developers could finish their tasks in short time with the right guidance of Andrei in the User experience design part.
